This Privacy Policy explains how the LeadMantra CRM mobile app collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Purpose of This App

This app is designed exclusively for business lead capture. When someone calls your number, we capture their contact details to help you follow up and grow your customer base. All data collected is used strictly within this scope — no other purposes.

Data We Collect

With your explicit permission, we collect the following from your call log:

  • Caller's phone number — used to identify and create a lead record
  • Caller's name — collected only if the number is saved in your device contacts
  • Call duration — in seconds, used to filter out short or missed calls
We do not collect call audio, message content, location data, browsing history, financial information, or any data not listed above.

How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used solely to:

  • Capture new business leads from inbound phone calls
  • Create lead profiles in your LeadMantra CRM account
  • Send marketing and promotional WhatsApp messages to potential customers via your approved templates
  • Help you manage and follow up with new contacts through the CRM dashboard

Your Permission

We access your call log only after you explicitly grant the "Read Call Log" permission. This permission is requested at first launch and is required for the app to function.

You can revoke this permission at any time from your device Settings → Apps → LeadMantra → Permissions. Revoking permission will stop new leads from being captured but will not delete existing data.

Data Storage & Security

Lead information is securely transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) between the app and our servers
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials (API tokens, passwords)
  • Tenant-isolated data architecture — your data is never accessible to other companies
  • Role-based access controls ensuring only authorised team members can view leads

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

No Other Use

This app does not:

  • Record call audio or transcripts
  • Access SMS messages or notifications
  • Track your physical location
  • Access camera, microphone, or media files
  • Collect any data beyond what is explicitly listed in Section 2

Call log data is used exclusively for lead management within your LeadMantra CRM account.

Data Retention

Lead records captured through the app are retained as long as your company account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. You can also delete individual lead records at any time from the CRM dashboard.
