Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using LeadMantra CRM. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using LeadMantra CRM (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and company admins and team members.

Description of Service

LeadMantra CRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for small and medium businesses. The Service includes:

  • Lead and customer management tools
  • Email campaign and template management
  • WhatsApp Business messaging integration
  • Follow-up scheduling and calendar features
  • Mobile app for call-based lead capture
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards

Account Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Each company account is limited to one organisation. You may not share accounts across organisations.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Free Trial

New self-registered accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. At the end of the trial period:

  • Access to the Service will be suspended until a subscription plan is activated.
  • Your data is preserved during the suspension period.
  • We reserve the right to delete inactive trial accounts after 90 days of suspension.

No credit card is required to start a trial.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to contacts who have not consented
  • Violate any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam regulations
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written authorisation
  • Use the Service in a way that violates Meta/WhatsApp Business API policies
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Data Ownership & Privacy

  • You own all data (leads, customer records, email content) that you create within the Service.
  • We do not sell or share your customer data with third parties.
  • You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, PDPB, etc.).
  • You must obtain proper consent from your contacts before sending them marketing communications through the platform.

Intellectual Property

The LeadMantra CRM platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by and proprietary to us. All rights are reserved. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the platform's code or UI
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the Service

Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
  • Temporarily suspend the Service in cases of emergency, security threats, or abuse
  • Modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadMantra CRM shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from your use of the Service
  • Failures or errors in third-party integrations (Meta WhatsApp, SMTP providers)
  • Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • By you: Cancel your account at any time from Account Settings. See our Delete Account page for instructions.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify registered admins via email for material changes
  • Provide at least 14 days' notice before major changes take effect

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
